We work with construction limited companies turning over between £500,000 and £5 million. Construction is all we do, which means we are not learning how CIS works on your time.
Who we work with locally
Cannock sits on the logistics corridor, and the building work around here reflects that. Industrial units, distribution sheds, access roads and the groundworks that go under all of it. We work with a lot of groundworkers, plant hire firms and general builders taking packages from main contractors on those sites.
The plant hire question comes up constantly
More Cannock firms hire plant out than you would expect, and it is where CIS gets misapplied more than anywhere. HMRC treats hire of plant with an operator as inside the scheme and hire without an operator as outside it. Send a machine out with your driver and it is in. Drop it off and leave and it is not. Plenty of local firms are having 20% taken off both.

Most of our work runs on cloud accounting and most clients never need to visit. But if you would rather sit down with your books on the table, you can, and being ten minutes away makes that easy.

Yes. Our office is at Falcon Point, Cannock, WS12 2TP. It is not a virtual address or a mailbox. You are welcome to come in, and being local makes that easy, though most of our clients find they never need to.
Do you only work with firms in Cannock?
No. Cannock is where we are, not who we work with. We act for construction limited companies across the whole of the UK. Everything runs on cloud accounting, so where you are makes no difference to how well we can support you.
